ENROL FOR 2024!
New students and previous students (those who missed roll over date from 2023) are now welcome to enrol for a trial class in 2024.
Generation Dance offer one PAID trial class to new students, meaning no large term fee payment payable before you are sure your child is going to love their class/es.
Our payments are fully automated so when you enrol for a trial you must submit a direct debit form. We will deduct the cost of the trial class (class fee) once we confirm your child’s registration. Ezi debit will also deduct a $5.50 direct debit once off account set up fee. You must let us know within 24 hours if your child does not want to continue after their trial class, then there is nothing more to pay and your direct debit is cancelled. Otherwise, our office staff will roll you over to a permanent enrolment and will set you up on the monthly debit cycle. We will also credit you the $5.50 account set up fee. Instructions for TRIAL ENROLMENT
1. Know what class you are enrolling into.
Use the TABS on this website to know STREAM, NAME OF CLASS and DAY and TIME.
2. Complete PARENT DETAILS.
This must be the person responsible for enrolling the student. You can add a second email address so another person also receives communication.
3. Complete STUDENT DETAILS
Ensure you include medical conditions relative to their time at the studio including learning differences, difficulties and disabilities. If you need to provide detailed information please email this to us after enrolment.
4. Select CLASSES, accept TERMS & CONDITIONS and submit DIRECT DEBIT form
Check the correct student is selected (especially if you are enrolling siblings) and then choose applicable STREAM. Then tick the correct days (tick multiple days if more than 1 class on 1 day). Click next then check all details are correct, read and accept the TERMS & CONDITIONS and finish with completing and submitting DIRECT DEBIT form.
If a class is FULL, you must still complete this process to be placed on the WAITLIST for that class. We will not charge you a trial fee until a place becomes available.
5. Wait for our office to CONFIRM
Within 24 hours of receiving your registration, we will then email you a receipt and confirmation. A reminder Ezi Debit will charge you a $5.50 once off account set up fee. Generation Dance will credit this to you first monthly invoice if your child choose to continue their classes. We then look forward to welcoming you to our studio!
