COST - $59 per session. $10 non-refundable deposit per session paid upon booking. $49 then charged on the day of the session. Direct debit is the only payment method available.
Pre Schoolers that attend a regular lesson, within their selected Dance Day Care session, will have the cost of their Pre School class credited towards their Dance Day Care Session. eg. If your child attends Monday RSD and they book in for the Dance Day Care session for that day you will be charged a $10 deposit and then charged only $28.10 on the day, instead of $49. This is because the class cost has already been paid for with your monthly fees.
UNIFORM - No uniform required. Participants must wear safe, suitable clothing and appropriate dance shoes for the genre they are participating in
ARRIVIAL/PICK UP - Studio door will be opened at 9am for drop off and again at 12pm for pick up. We recommend parents kiss and drop; however will support children to feel comfortable in our care, with their parent between 9 and 9:30am if required.
SNACK - Please pack a water bottle and a healthy snack free of common allergens eg. Nuts. Please record any allergies on your child’s form so we can ensure their safety during snack time.
MEDICAL - Please hand in any necessary medications and action plans at drop off and ensure details are completed on your child’s form.
MISSED SESSIONS/CANCELLATIONS - If your child is to miss a session, please get in touch with us prior to the session to arrange a swap to another session. If you need to cancel a session, please get in touch with us prior to 24 hours before the session. Communication received within 24 hours of the session for cancellations or after the session to arrange a swap will incur the full cost of the session and a swap will not be allowed.
