COST - $59 per session payable at time of booking via credit card or Apple Pay.
*Pre Schoolers that are already enrolled in a class on the same day as their selected Dance Day Care session, will have the cost of their Pre School class credited towards their monthly fee invoice. Eg. If your child is enrolled in Monday RSD and also book in for the Dance Day Care session for that day, the regular cost of the RSD class will be credited towards your fees.
UNIFORM - No uniform required (please read above for specific items to be brought for each activity). Participants must wear safe, suitable clothing and appropriate dance shoes for the genre they are participating in. RSD students can wear their RSD uniform.
ARRIVAL/PICK UP - Studio door will be open between at 9-9:30am for drop off and again at 12pm for pick up. We recommend parents kiss and drop; however will support children to feel comfortable in our care, with their parent between 9 and 9:30am if required.
SNACK - Please pack a water bottle and a healthy snack free of common allergens eg. Nuts. Please record any allergies on your child’s form so we can ensure their safety during snack time. No food will be shared amongst participants.
MEDICAL - Please ensure that all relevant sections of the booking form are completed, including details of any medications and action plans, which should be handed in at drop-off. Kindly also provide information regarding any learning differences, additional needs, or disabilities. Sharing this information will help our staff support your child effectively and ensure an enjoyable and inclusive experience for all participants.
MISSED SESSIONS/CANCELLATIONS - If your child will miss a session, please contact us before the session begins to arrange a swap to another available session. To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session start time. If you cancel within 48 hours, a session swap may still be available, but refunds will not be issued. Please note: No refunds or swaps can be offered if we are notified after the session has started
